very nice experience there. well-designed hotel in a secure area, a short walk to cafes and restaurants. recently refurbished & silent room, with a storage space and wi-fi. thoughtful, extremely friendly staff with smiling face. excellent restaurant for good meal.

I truly enjoyed this nicely designed place, stayed there for 9 nights. I had modern and silent triple room. Had hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was particularly good and marvellous in Central Rome, you may take train on Roma Termini train station within 20 minutes walk from here. The stay was absolutely nice.

The staff - some of them were impolite.

We appreciated rooms with 4 beds. We had a warm welcome, extremely friendly staff. The hotel was set in a central area really close to colosseum and arrounds by walk or vatican by metro and the main attractions and the Coliseum. We visited Perpetual, based very close to the property, had dinner there.

I had a real good time, great value. Everything was very good at this low-budget hotel. The setting was magnificent, so close to train station and collaseum, the attractions in Rome and Vatican city, and Colosseum and other sites. The staff was very amiable the entire time.
